摘要: The objective of this study is to investigate the effects full airway drainage by fiber bronchoscopy through artificial in treatment traumatic atelectasis with occult manifestations. From May 2006 2011, 40 cases were enrolled into our prospective study. Group A (n = 18) received nasal bronchoscope; group B underwent (n = 22). evaluated incidence adult respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), lung abscess, and average length hospital stay. Compared fiber-optic treatment, reduced ARDS (p = 0.013) abscess (p = 0.062) shortened mean stay (p = 0.018). Making decision create an timely carry out lavage played a significant role atelectasis.
