摘要: A multiresidue method was developed for the determination of 15 pesticides (organochlorines, organophosphorus compounds, pyrethroids, and other acaricides) in various commercial honeys (eucalyptus, lavender, orange, rosemary, multifloral). The analytical procedure is based on matrix solid-phase dispersion honey a mixture Florisil anhydrous sodium sulfate; placed small plastic columns extracted with hexane-ethyl acetate (90 + 10, v/v). pesticide residues are determined by capillary gas chromatography electron-capture detection. Recoveries at concentrations between 0.15 1.5 microg/g ranged from 80 to 113%, relative standard deviations were <10% all studied. detection limits within range 0.5-5 microg/kg organochlorines, around 3 chlorinated studied, near fluvalinate, about pyrethroids.
