摘要: Tc-99m red blood cell (RBC) scintigraphy is a very specific method for the diagnosis of hepatic hemangioma and false-positive cases have been rarely reported. The authors present an interesting case in which markedly increased pool was seen on RBC patient with mass. However, "positive" scan did not explain entire abnormality colloid liver scan. Therefore, additional mass suspected further investigation revealed lymphoma.
