摘要: The European Union has established a number of targets regarding energy efficiency, Renewable Energy Sources (RES) and CO2 reductions as the 'GREEN PAPER on Efficiency', Directive for 'promotion use bio-fuels or other renewable fuels transport' 'Directive Parliament Council promotion cogeneration based useful heat demand in internal market'. A lot according RES RUE measures are not attractive investors from an economic point view. Therefore governments all over world have to spend public money promote these technologies/measures bring them into market. These expenditures be adjusted budget concerns should spent most efficiently. Therefore, dedicated technologies efficiency with best yield reduction without wasting money. core question: How can - promoting sustainable systems efficiently reduce GHG-emissions? been well investigated by project Invert. In course this simulation tool designed answer question. This paper describes modelling Invert shows key features necessary simulating system. definition 'Promotion Scheme Efficiency' is given which allows estimating cost effective and/or emissions. Investigations performed deliver optimum portfolio mix each selected region. Within seven regions were simulated Austrian case study detailed shown political conclusions derived.
