摘要: Cancer is the leading cause of death worldwide and mortality due to cancer continues rise. cell resistance chemoradiotherapy hindering treatment efforts in clinics. Prevention strategies early detection thus may reduce mortality. In this study, we have proposed concept using precancerous cells their progeny therapy, which could provide unique insights for diagnosis, treatment, preventive therapy. addition discussing nature characteristics progeny, also introduced an effective cell-targeted therapy based on animal model hepatocellular carcinoma. Anti-precancerous drug development should be a major target during elimination it lead therapies individuals with high risk developing cancer.
