摘要: Diabetic kidney disease (DKD) is the single most common cause of end stage renal (ESRD) with annual costs caring for patients DKD exceeding more than $9 billion in United States (Centers Disease Control and Prevention, 2005). Every diabetic patient has up to a 40% lifetime risk develop DKD, if does not die prematurely cardiovascular (CVD) (Parving, Osterby, & Ritz, 2000). can present as different phenotypes, progressive nonprogressive (Figure 1 2).
