摘要: We have previously reported the presence of four dihydrofolate reductase messenger RNAs differing in length 3' untranslated regions murine cells (Setzer, D. R., McGrogan, M., Nunberg, J. H., and Schimke, R. T. (1980) Cell 22, 361-370). now mapped ends these more precisely demonstrated colinearity between their shared sequences. Analysis three larger has shown that RNA species contain very long noncoding regions, bringing total number to seven, ranging from 750 5600 nucleotides. determined nucleotide sequence at surrounding polyadenylation sites smaller RNAs. find no striking structures this might constitute multiple signals, but conclude putative signal AAUAAA is not required for least messengers.
