摘要: OBJECTIVE To compare the perioperative parameters of paediatric patients who underwent nephrectomy via laparo-endoscopic single site (LESS) surgery (also known as incision laparoscopic or SILS) with those conventional laparoscopy (LAP), robotic-assisted (RALN), and open (OPEN). PATIENTS AND METHODS The medical records 69 at a institution nephrectomies for non-functioning kidneys in 72 renal units (39 OPEN, 11 LAP, RALN LESS) were reviewed patient demographics clinical parameters. RESULTS minimally invasive modalities children, including LESS nephrectomy, associated shorter lengths hospital stay (P < 0.001) decreased postoperative pain medication usage than surgery. Similar surgical times noted other (LAP RALN) (P= 0.056). However, (LESS, LAP slightly longer when compared 0.001), which may, part, be secondary to learning curve factors. No differences among 0.354) length 0.86). CONCLUSIONS are use children is similar times, RALN). Slightly modalities, surgery,
