摘要: Abstract Accumulating evidences have shown that apoptosis plays an important role in mediating the therapeutic effects and toxicity of arsenic. Fas Bax genes are critical regulatory for apoptosis. In this study, we investigated association between levels expression three arsenic species (inorganic (iAs), monomethylarsonic acid (MMA) dimethylarsinic (DMA)) vivo vitro. Three urine were measured examined by quantitative real-time PCR (qPCR) all subjects. We found mRNA exposed group significantly higher than control group. The gene positively correlated with concentrations urinary iAs, MMA DMA Sodium arsenite induced expression, then did not induce MDA-MB-231 XWLC-05 cells. findings present study indicated MMA, had different on gene.
