摘要: We present a theory for superconductivity and charge Kondo fluctuations, i.e., resonant quantum valence fluctuations by two units, Tl-doped PbTe. show that Tl is very special as it first supplies certain amount of carriers to the PbTe-valence band then puts itself into self-tuned state yield new, robust pairing mechanism these carriers.
