摘要: The disclosure relates to phasor-based monitoring, protection and control applications in electric power systems supervised and/or managed by a Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition/Energy Management System (SCADA/EMS). In order enable the without incurring heavy infrastructural investments, phasor measurement facility is integrated into Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) that part of SCADA/EMS system comprises Input/Output (I/O) interfaces hard-wired substation an system. By taking advantage fact RTUs as indispensable building blocks for any are every system, no extra housing, cabling EMC shielding additional functionality needs be provided.
