摘要: ABSTRACT Background The fibrotic process in airway remodeling of asthma may be characterized by an exaggerated deposition extracellular matrix (ECM) components such as fibronectin and type I, III IV collagen. In the present study, we established model mice examined mechanism change measuring chemotactic activity lung fibroblasts quantifying collagen content tissues. Methods Airway were made ovalbumin (OA) sensitization inhalation. Bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) bronchial biopsy performed. Cell migration was assessed Boyden's chamber technique. tissue measured using ELISA. Results toward mouse BAL fluid (BALF) significantly increased OA-inhaled mice. Total soluble We observed markedly around wall mice, which not shown saline-inhaled Furthermore, BALF higher than that control Conclusions total during asthma. play a key role this process, I seem to factors for fibroblasts.
