摘要: Abstract Mg/Al–CO3 hydrotalcites with a Mg/Al molar ratio of 4.0 were prepared using urea method. The microstructures and catalytic activities the samples for transesterification microalgae oil methanol studied as compared those by co-precipitation. as-synthesized reconstructed including their corresponding mixed oxides had been characterized XRD, FT-IR, DSC SEM analyses well Hammett titration All possessed hydrotalcite-like layered structure containing carbonate ions. Crystal sizes smaller than ones, method larger crystal activity catalyst was closely correlated its surface basicity, in which more basic sites displayed higher activity. Again, reconstruction hydrotalcites, “memory effect”, significant influence on basicity. first calcination oxide from hydrotalcite highest about 90.3% ester conversion. Furthermore, Box–Behnken design, an experimental design response methodology, used to study relationships reaction temperature, ratio, amount results showed that it good agreement data, demonstrating methodology may be useful industrial process optimization.
