摘要: Abstract This work presented a hybrid architecture of graphene oxide (GO)/ZnO nanorods (ZNs) with ZNs attached parallel onto GO sheets. were synthesized by refluxing zinc acetate dehydrate in methanol solution under basic conditions followed surface modification 3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane (ATS), and then the preformed sheets reaction amino groups on outer wall carboxyl surface. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) image as-prepared reveals morphology GO/ZNs hybrid. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) ultraviolet–visible (UV–vis) fluorescence also performed to characterize structure properties It was shown that maintained their initial crystallinity luminescence quenching yellow-green emission confirmed transfer from excited ZnO
