摘要: SUMMARY The soil microfungi of upland boreal forest at Candle Lake, Saskatchewan, were surveyed by using a dilution plate technique. Altogether 113 taxonomic entities isolated, most these being quantitatively rare forms. prevalent species found Mortierella vinacea, M. isabellina, ramanniana, Pullularia pullulans, Trichoderma viride, T. album, Chrysosporium sp., Penicillium frequentans, P. pinetorum and kapuscinskii. Together accounted for over 60% the total isolates. showed pattern continuous variation among communities sampled, but it was not possible to demonstrate clear correlation between composition microfungal dominant vegetation. results are discussed particularly in relation comparable surveys that have been carried out Wisconsin.
