摘要: Objective To identify factors contributing to cognitive impairment in children with lupus nephritis. Study design A cross-sectional analysis of a large multicenter national cohort chronic kidney disease (CKD) using standardized measures determine baseline neuropsychiatric function and health-related quality life (HRQoL) nephritis (n = 34), compare that other forms glomerular CKD (gCKD; n = 171). We used inverse probability weighting via logistic model for propensity score achieve balance between those causes CKD, adjusting known confounders. linear regression models neurocognitive outcomes exposure groups, current prednisone use testing an interaction nephritis, test association HRQoL. Results Current was independently associated worse attention (P Conclusion Children have comparable or better than their peers gCKDs, which is reassuring given the multiorgan lifelong complications lupus.
