摘要: We theoretically study the spin-dependent electron transport in a Rashba waveguide with rough edges, attached to ideal leads without spin-orbit interaction. The influence of edge disorder on charge and spin conductances is clarified by using spin-resolved lattice Green function method. It found that spin-polarized current can be generated output lead its polarization manipulated varying length. underlying physics attributed broken longitudinal symmetry quantum interference induced boundaries. Our results may provide new method design filter magnetic materials or applying field.
