摘要: Roll-to-roll based manufacturing technology play an important role in making printed electronics possible at high speed and low cost. In order to increase the adaptability flexibility detect effectively external internal disturbances, several algorithms for roll-to-roll web control system are proposed recent years. However, almost all proposals employed without taking attention change time of radii unwinder rewinder. this paper, a design is firstly non-linear using uni-directional crossfeed two-channel approach. Secondly, evolution strategy autonomous algorithm developed errors automatically recover every interval presence varying radii. The numerical simulations validate stability reliability
