摘要: There are many important applications in printed electronics and publishing industries that use the principle of roll-to-roll manufacturing to make electronic devices with lower cost. Web velocity tension control algorithm plays an role improving quality product mass processing using web technology. Most algorithms proposed recent years PI or PID controllers disturbance compensation schemes increase precision stability. Due increasing demand high accuracy industry at micrometer-level, it is necessary have a precise scheme presence disturbances. In this paper, for non-linear single-span system back-stepping controller design parameters chosen optimally by modified genetic algorithm. The outcome study proves reliability throughout simulation results Matlab/Simulink comparison experimental
