摘要: This paper studies the effect of plant peptides thionine Ns-W2 extracted from seeds fennel flower (Nigella sativa) and β-purothionine wheat germs (Triticum kiharae), as well a synthetic antimutagen (crown-compound), on expression several genes involved in control cellular homeostasis, processes carcinogenesis, radiation response human rhabdomyosarcoma cells (RD cells), T-lymphoblastoid cell line Jurkat, blood cells. All these agents acted antimutagens-anticarcinogens, reducing carcinogenesis (genes families MMP, TIMP, IAP G-protein genes) tumor cell. A pronounced reduction mRNA level was caused by Ns-W2, least demonstrated β-purothionine. Antimutagens had very little levels studied normal Thionine resulted content oncogenic mature miR-21 but did not affect gene p53 miR-34, which regulated activity suppressor p53. It established that has cytotoxic inducing death RD lymphoma. The exposure to ionizing enhanced inhibitory oncogenesis. These data indicate can be regarded promising anticarcinogen.
