摘要: The purpose of the study was to examine impact parenting styles on academic performance adolescents in senior high school Birim Central Municipality Ghana. To accomplish this, a descriptive survey research design procedure using quantitative approach employed. A sample size 317 respondents were used for study. Questionnaire obtain data from respondents. analysed inferential statistics (multiple regression and Pearson Product Moment Correlation). revealed that generally, third year Senior High School Ghana greatly influenced by type style parents adopt. However, findings suggest differences performances students area as result variations parents. Overall, authoritarian found have more significant effect students’ than other style. Additionally, homes perform better others homes. It therefore, recommended there should be awareness their dimensions Municipal Assembly, Education Service, Parent Teacher Associations within Schools, Clergy Media This will help adopt right it dimensions.
