摘要: After alkalinizing the diazo products of serum bilirubins, we apply them to a column anion-exchange resin. The azodipyrroles derived from unconjugated and sugar-conjugated as well one half tetrapyrrole covalently linked albumin ("Bil-Alb"), are anionic protein-free adsorb other azo product Bil-Alb, with absorptivity similar that azodipyrroles, remains attached (Clin Chem 28:629-637, 1982) passes through resin unadsorbed. color eluate correlates directly original amount Bil-Alb present. Estimates authentic by method agree those Jendrassik-Grof total-bilirubin (in mg/L: intercept = -0.8, slope 1.005, r 0.999) liquid chromatography 29:800-805, 1983) (n 52, 5.2, 0.724, 0.965). CV for 99.4 mg/L was 3.8% 8).
