摘要: Novel enzymatic methods using bilirubin oxidase from Myrothecium verrucaria are described for the determination of fractions in serum. These include an unconjugated form (Bu), a conjugated (Bc), and delta fraction that reacts with direct diazo reagent is irreversibly bound to serum albumin (B delta). The based on different reactivities enzyme at pH presence or absence anionic detergent such as sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) cholate. Thus, detergents, Bc B oxidized acidic pH, while alkaline pH; Bu not either pH. first approach measuring decreased absorbance colour 450 nm caused by oxidation. Total measured 8.0 SDS. Direct 3.7 10.0 SDS, respectively. second made coupling reaction reaction. determined conventional method without prior treatment enzyme. after sample treated oxidize fraction. precision accuracy these were compared method, HPLC slide good results obtained.
