摘要: Color pattern-reversal visual evoked potential testing was performed in 99 normal eyes, 27 eyes with ocular hypertension and 30 primary open-angle glaucoma the use of black-white, black-red black-blue color checkerboard stimuli. The PI wave peak time amplitude were significantly different from those age-similar especially on checkerboards (p < 0.001). differences between hypertensive glaucomatous less significance. P1 difference black-white may serve as an important parameter early diagnosis glaucoma.
