摘要: Background and Aims. Visual evoked potentials (VEPs) assess the integrity of visual pathways from optic nerve to occipital cortex. Optic disc cupping field loss have been associated with prolongation latency VEP in primary open angle glaucoma (POAG). Methods. Pattern reversal flash tests were done consenting 20 eyes 40 normal control eyes. Results. In POAG cases, refractive error [ versus , D, ], cup-disc ratio percent intraocular pressure mmHg, automated pattern standard deviation dB, ] significantly more than control. The acuity foveal sensitivity mean [− less cases Among variables, N145 ms, amplitude N75 μV, increased cases. P100 decreased Conclusions. caused glaucomatous damage pathway.
