摘要: PURPOSE To assess the effect of intravitreal administration anti-VEGF drugs ranibizumab and aflibercept on functional state visual pathway in patients with neovascular age-related macular degeneration (nAMD) primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) using method recording evoked potentials (VEP). MATERIAL AND METHODS A total 54 (54 eyes) nAMD POAG were examined. The control group consisted 39 healthy (39 eyes). study included 24 (24 stage IA POAG, 23 (23 IIA 7 (7 IIIA POAG. All given injection drug: 35 received ranibizumab, 19 aflibercept. Injections performed monthly for 3 months. Ophthalmologic examination visometry, biomicroscopy, retinal OCT SPECTRALIS tomograph ('Heidelberg Engineering GmbH', Germany). VEP recorded EP-1000 Multifocal ('Tomey', ophthalmologic studies prior to preparation after 3rd injection. RESULTS After third drugs, best corrected acuity (BCVA) increased 0.46±0.1 (p=0.001). According OCT, central thickness decreased by an average 110.6 µm, volume retina 1.3 mm3, RNFL - 3.8 µm (p 0.05). CONCLUSION Intravitreal has no negative influence injections can be considered a safe treatment option
