摘要: Ceria ( CeO2 is a technologically important rare-earth material because of its unique properties and various engineering/biological applications. In the present work, cerium oxide nanoparticles have been prepared by simple solution combustion method using watermelon juice as novel combustible fuel. The structure morphology synthesized were analyzed analytical tools such PXRD, FTIR, Raman, UV-Visible SEM. PXRD pattern confirms that composed cubic-phase nanoparticles. Photocatalytic degradation Methylene blue dye shows 98% in UV irradiations. Furthermore antibacterial investigated their bacterial activity against two strains agar well diffusion method.
