摘要: Equation coefficients in the Abraham linear free energy relationship have been obtained for a number of parallel artificial membrane permeability assays, PAMPA, and compared to equation several biological processes large water-solvent partitions. From principal component analysis we show that one particular PAMPA (Wohnsland Faller, 2001) is good model human intestinal absorption, but could find no was rat brain permeation, mouse blood-brain distribution, skin permeation or water-skin partition, although models include other descriptors may be useful. The water-octanol system poor all process studied, water-nonpolar solvent partitions are through egg lecithin membranes.
