摘要: Traumatic, nonaneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) is common after closed head injury and most often results from ruptured cortical microvessels. Here, the authors present case of a 60-year-old woman who fell struck her head, causing traumatic enucleation avulsion both optic nerve ophthalmic artery. The arterial caused Fisher Grade 3 SAH. During stay in intensive care unit, hydrocephalus vasospasm developed, clinical conditions commonly observed aneurysmal Epileptiform activity also although this may have been related to concurrent Pantoea agglomerans ventriculitis. It reasonable suggest that intracerebral with profuse bleeding be more likely than traditional SAH result events similar Special consideration should given acute patients intracranial avulsions (conservative management vs surgical exploration or endovascular treatment), as well long-term follow-up for vascular other neurosurgical complications.
