摘要: Understanding the neural basis of episodic memory is crucial for understanding how to treat loss in normal ageing as well disorders such Alzheimer's disease. However, it only recently that has been able be reliably modelled animals allowing biological fully explored. Here we review studies on role cholinergic basal forebrain memory, and highlight differences findings from monkeys rats.
