摘要: Nile Red, a dye that fluoresces at defined wavelengths depending upon the polarity of surrounding medium, has been proposed to determine neutral lipid content microalgal cells. Herein we communicate modifications this technique facilitate its use as high-throughput screening technology, well improving accuracy and versatility.
