摘要: A method for single molecule identification of a target DNA in random coil state having the following steps: a) attaching an optically distinguishable material to sequence recognition unit; b) hybridizing unit form hybridized complex state; c) passing from reservoir microfluidic device through narrow channel cause acceleration flow channel, thereby causing extend into substantially linear configuration; and d) detecting sequential manner along complex, identifying molecule.
