摘要: Pseudomonas fluorescens strain FE2 isolated in the presence of ferulic acid was able to grow on hydroxylated and methoxylated compounds bearing hydroxyl group para position. By ethylmethansulphonate (EMS) transposon mutagenesis, mutants unable utilize have been selected. The metabolic characterization wild-type its indicates that degraded through formation vanillic acid. Mutant FE2B co-oxidation experiments with glutamate, is transform dihydroferulic into acid, 4-hydroxycinnamic 3 (4-hydroxyphenyl)-propanoic 4-hydroxybenzoic 3-hydroxycinnamic 3-hydroxybenzoic bioconversion aromatic substrates by suggests a ring required for deacetylase activity.
