摘要: During growth on ferulic acid, Halomonas elongata DSM 2581T was capable of promoting the formation a significant amount vanillic acid. The products were confirmed by high-performance liquid chromatography and gas mass-spectrometry analyses. To enhance acid prevent its degradation, resting-cell method using developed. state culture utilized for biomass production, concentration biomass, that treated reutilization optimized. optimal yield (82%) obtained after 10-h reaction 10 mM 5 g/l cell pregrown harvested at end exponential phase.
