摘要: Abstract The distribution of lead in human permanent and primary teeth was determined. Comparable levels were found coronal dentine, root enamel. However, secondary dentine the level elevated. By reaming, this elevation shown to be greatest most superficial layers zone. Secondary is intimate contact with blood its elevated content probably reflects actual exposure throughout life tooth. It suggested that tissue could value diagnosis plumbism.
