摘要: The purpose of this study was to determine the expression miR-127 and analyze its prognostic biological significance in breast cancer (BC). A quantitative reverse transcription PCR assay performed detect 15 pairs BC corresponding noncancerous tissues. detected another 110 tissues correlations with clinicopathological factors patients were examined. Univariate multivariate analyses expression. effects on malignant phenotypes cells possible molecular mechanisms further determined. significantly downregulated tissues, low correlated lymph node metastasis advanced clinical stage. Patients showed poorer overall survival than those high miR-127. Multivariate indicated that status an independent factor for patients. Functional upregulation inhibited growth, enhanced apoptosis, reduced migration invasion by targeting protooncogene BCL-6. Therefore, may be a potential biomarker predicting might target treatment human BCs.
