摘要: Alternative splicing (AS) is one of the most important ways to enhance functional diversity genes. Huge amounts data have been produced by microarray, expressed sequence tag, and RNA-seq, plenty methods developed specifically for this task. The frequently asked questions in previous research were as follows. What content rate AS genes among whole gene set? How many types are presented genome, which type dominant? about conservation ability different species? Which kinds isoforms from some environmental response help individual adaptation? Based on background, we collected analysis results 17 species try map out landscape studies plants. We noted shortages results, appeal all scientists working field make a standard protocol so that analyses between projects comparable.
