摘要: In the current study, phytochemical contents and expression of genes involved in flavonoid biosynthesis Rio Red grapefruit were studied at different developmental maturity stages for first time. Grapefruit harvested June, August, November, January, April analyzed levels carotenoids, vitamin C, limonoids, flavonoids, furocoumarins by HPLC. addition, encoding phenylalanine ammonia-lyase (PAL), chalcone synthase (CHS), isomerase (CHI), 1,2-rhamnosyltransferase (2RT) isolated, their juice vesicles was studied. Fruit had significant influence on genes, with PAL, CHS, CHI having higher immature fruits (June), whereas 2RT mature (November January).
