摘要: A low power oscillator circuit including a latch connected to two loops. Each loop includes dynamic inverters and static in cascade. The loops are the such that output of final stage is an input latch. An initialization included on one initiate oscillation. Storage capacitors provide voltage greater than supply voltage.
