摘要: Abstract Mixed micelle formation of the polydisperse nonionic surfactant Triton X-100 as well its homogeneous analogue, p -(1,1,3,3-tetramethylbutyl)phenoxynonaoxyethylene glycol (OPE-9), with bovine brain sphingomyelin or dipalmitoyl phosphatidylcholine has been characterized by column chromatography on 6% agarose. At 40°C, mixtures OPE-9 and either give a narrow size distribution for mixed micelles. this temperature X-100containing micelles is complicated because polydispersity oxyethylene chains. 20°C distributions are observed sphingomyelin/Triton sphingomyelin/OPE-9 up to at least 0.06 mol fraction lipid. For only OPE-9. intermediate fractions lipid (around 0.25), two populations exist X-100, sphingomyelin/OPE-9, phosphatidylcholine/OPE-9. high one population again exists. 20°C, forms clear solution 0.46 0.67, respectively. Dipalmitoyl 0.57 same temperature. do not form stable, solutions unless extremely low. These results show that important determinants in solubilization lipids surfactants. It also shown pure lipid/surfactant co-exist solution.
