摘要: A strategy developed to simulate RF heating under mixing conditions. Both simulation and experiment showed similar patterns.RF uniformity improved with the increasing times.Validated model used understand effects of on uniformity. computer was using finite element-based commercial software, COMSOL, temperature distributions in wheat samples packed a rectangular plastic container treated 6kW, 27.12MHz system without conditions. The then experimentally validated by three layers condition, surface interior one, two times Both patterns both conditions, which corners edges were overheated temperatures higher lower sections container. index (UI) evaluate experimental simulated UI decreasing trend times. can help conditions provide valuable for developing effective industrial-scale treatments processes.
