摘要: Abstract : For the Army to function effectively in future Network Centric Warfare (NCW) environments, it must develop trust-based organizations by instilling competencies leaders at all levels. This paper seeks delineate requirements necessary for military be truly effective environments. Much has been written regarding NCW and much leadership, but there not research on linking two together.
