摘要: The conjugated polymer semiconductor poly(3-hexylthiophene), (P3HT), is integrated directly into the slot region of resonant plasmonic split-dipole nanoantennas. P3HT radiative emission rate enhanced by a factor up to 29, in experiment, and 550 for ideal case, due large local density optical states nanoantenna region. Additionally, theoretical modified luminescence quantum efficiency shown increase from 1% 45% optimized parameters.
