摘要: The technical aspects of the intraoral quadrangular Le Fort II osteotomy are described, and anesthetic technique, blood loss, operating time, intraoperative postoperative complications, length hospitalization, fixation in seven cases reported. This procedure was predictable reproducible with few had low surgical postsurgical morbidity, exhibited excellent initial skeletal stability, provided esthetics superior to those achieved lower onlay bone grafting techniques, demonstrated versatility within limits.
