摘要: Technical aspects and indications for the quadrangular Le Fort I osteotomy are described. The records of 54 consecutive patients who underwent this procedure primary correction reviewed in general terms, those 3 with significant follow-up presented some detail. gave predictable results, provided acceptable midfacial aesthetic improvement, was surgically reproducible few complications. Low surgical postoperative morbidity documented. This used a similar patient population as II osteotomy, rationale choosing between these two procedures is discussed.
