摘要: A removal procedure of a femoral cement mantle in hip revision arthroplasty has risk causing perforation or fracture, especially when removing well-fixed distal plug. high-powered drill equipped with centralizer was developed to remove the plug safely. Using centralizer, removed well enough insert new component without during operation.
