摘要: Impedance spectroscopy is a promising method for tissue ischemia measurement, because it non-invasive and suitable long-term continuous monitoring. Ischemia causes biochemical physiological changes in which influence the impedance. These can be detected by impedance spectroscopic measurements. To fully develop this method, authors first constructed dedicated instrument spectrometer, then used to experimentally investigate relationships between Results from in-vivo animal experiments indicate that complex nonlinear. In order quantitatively describe relationship, artificial neural networks an algorithm predicting pH based on measured (tissue best known quantitative estimator of levels). Preliminary experimental results show good correlation (/spl ap/95%) predicted actual levels (expressed pH). The achieved level not yet sufficient provide accurate measurements pH.
