摘要: The aim of this study was to assess microleakage in class V cavities prepared by air abrasion or high-speed dental bur and restored with different glass ionomer cements. Sixty bovine incisors were equally divided into 6 groups: I, II III (preparation high-speed) IV, VI abrasion). Groups I IV Fuji IX; groups Ketac Molar; Vitremer. After 24 h (37 °C), specimens thermocycled, isolated nail varnish, immersed a 0.2% Rhodamine B solution for hours, sectioned longitudinally analyzed using an optical microscope connected digital camera computer. images digitized software allowed the quantitative evaluation millimeters. Data Wilcoxon Kruskal-Wallis tests. It observed that there significant differences (p ≤ 0.05) between incisal (enamel) cervical (dentine/cementum) margins, mainly no difference ≥ preparation methods, except group (high-speed/Ketac Molar) showed higher infiltration; regarding materials, Molar demonstrated highest values 0.05), only Vitremer sealed completely both margins restorations. concluded did not influence restorations employed
