摘要: Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis are both idiopathic inflammatory bowel diseases (IBDs) that affect 0.5% of Canadians. As yet, there is no known cure for either disease, symptoms treated with an array medicines. The objective the present review was to role exercise its impact on all facets IBD. Exercise has been speculated be protective against onset IBD, but literature inconsistent weak. Preliminary studies reveal training may beneficial reduce stress Current research also recommends help counteract some IBD-specific complications by improving bone mineral density, immunological response, psychological health, weight loss management ability. However, advises patients IBD have limitations amount intensity they can perform. In summary, patients, further required make a convincing conclusion regarding in establish regimens account each patient’s unique presentation.
