Measures at baseline completion included Inflammatory Bowel Disease Stress Index, Quality Life Score, Harvey Bradshaw Simple Canadian Aerobic Fitness Test, VO2 Max, body mass index (BMI). RESULTS: Twelve completed program. Subjects walked an average 2.9 sessions/wk, 32.6 min/session, distance 3.5 km/session.
